Products
Our candles are made of plant-based, eco-friendly, biodegradable soy wax. Our fragrances are a blend of phthalate and paraben-free fragrance oils and essential oils.
Order Processing
Orders take up to 48 hours to fulfill.
Payment Methods
We take debit/credit card payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to pay through this payment portal.
We also take E-transfers. For E-transfers, you may send your payment to milkhomeandhoney@gmail.com. E-transfers usually have a transfer fee of $0.90
Shipping / Pick-up
Please give us 48-72 hours to fulfill your orders through shipping. We will send you an update once your item has shipped.
Pick-up option is for Vancouver only. Vancouver pick-ups are once a week, on Fridays Downtown Vancouver (E-bar, Nordstrom from 12nn-5 pm). Send us a DM for possible pick-up accommodation on other days.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to milkhomeandhoney@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will do our best to respond within two business days for a solution.
